Western Canada sulfur logistics specialist coordinating inland forming/rail and vessel loading at Lower Mainland terminals. Owns Pacific Coast Terminals; coordinates Vancouver Wharves loadings. Not an upstream sulfur producer.

Marketable sulfur: throughput logistics only; not producer inventory Mt handled (verified_public_context). PCT historically handles multi-Mt/a sulfur in a typical year (WESTAC/public materials ~3 Mt class). Port of Vancouver authority publishes aggregate sulfur export statistics separately.

Export channel: Primary Pacific seaborne outlet for Canadian formed sulfur: CN/CPKC rail from Alberta/BC forming sites to PCT Port Moody and Vancouver Wharves, then Panamax/Supramax bulk vessels to Asia, Oceania, Americas.

Technology: Bulk solid sulfur shiploading with quadrant loaders; inland forming produces free-flowing granules/prills suitable for vessel holds. Molten UN 2448 tank cars used on inland legs before forming.
