2022: USGS: Tampa spike to $481/lt in April then collapse into soft H2.
2024: USGS MCS 2025: Tampa began near $69/lt and ended Q4 near $116/lt.
2025: USGS MCS 2026: Tampa climbed from $116/lt toward $310/lt by early October.
2026: Open Argus news: Q3 2026 Tampa liquid contracts settled at a record $705/lt delivered.
