Shengyishe's September 25 rawmex page quoted Shandong solid sulfur at or above 99 percent industrial at 7,719.00 yuan per metric tonne, unchanged at 0.00 percent with a 16:00 timestamp on 2026-09-25.

The September 25 chemical day board held sulfur at 7,719.00 yuan per tonne versus 7,719.00 on September 24, also flat on the day, with year-on-year up 192.64 percent in the open Shengyishe table published at 17:00.

Sulfuric acid on the same day board was unchanged at 1,737.50 yuan per tonne on both September 24 and September 25, keeping the downstream chain quiet on the elemental flat session.

This Shandong rawmex and board print is not the same series as Shengyishe's morning national 基准价 articles that held 7,752.33 yuan per tonne on September 23 and September 24.

No September 25 national 基准价 news article was available on 100ppi at desk time, so the desk does not treat a move from 7,752.33 to 7,719 as a verified national daily drop.

September 22's national article still put the 基准价 at 7,709.00 yuan, up 0.52 percent on the day, while September 23 and September 24 national lines printed 7,752.33 yuan unchanged.

Shengyishe's September 24 trend screen classified the national market as counter-rally with a bearish bias on an unchanged 7,752.33 yuan print, a technical read that may not align with the Shandong board line on September 25.

SMM's September 24 sulphuric acid weekly put China's copper smelting acid index at 1,247.5 yuan per metric tonne, down 7.7 percent week on week, while Shandong sulfur EXW averaged 7,508.5 yuan in the same survey.

Open wires on September 23 put monitored Chinese port sulfur inventories at 940,200 metric tonnes, coastal stocks that can cap domestic spot even when board lines hold flat.

BC Insight's September 19 Price Trends kept North American FOB sulphur steady at 1,100 to 1,200 dollars per tonne while describing bearish buyer sentiment against high global spot levels.

Alberta Energy Regulator ST3 data run 27 August 2026 put province-wide closing inventory at 11,109,610.9 tonnes for July 2026, the verified_public block stock anchor on the North American side of the Pacific arbitrage.

The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority reported 3,507,428 metric tonnes of sulfur exports in 2025, up 5 percent year on year, showing the stem can clear Alberta tonnes when CFR netbacks clear freight into China.

Desk read: September 25 Shandong at 7,719 yuan flat is the citeable open print when the national 基准价 article is absent. Pair it with flat acid at 1,737.50 yuan and last week's SMM acid weakness before inferring a domestic floor.
