Shengyishe's October 2 commodity news wire at 08:30 China time restated the sulfur benchmark at 7,702.33 yuan per tonne, up 0.22 percent versus the month-start print of 7,685.67 yuan on October 1 framing.
The same release carried the rolling one-year desk table for 2025-10-02 through 2026-10-02, tagging the current print in the mid-high tier within a band from 2,627.67 to 11,084.33 yuan per tonne and citing a one-year average near 6,013.46 yuan. That morning note does not replace the afternoon rawmex session stamp but confirms the open desk still treats early-October levels as marginally above the September 30 close of 7,685.67 yuan.
